格隆汇10月1日｜有媒体援引Anthropic IPO招股书消息称，博通已同意向Anthropic提供最高420亿美元融资，用于基础设施支出及芯片租赁。该融资约可覆盖Anthropic未来5年1252亿美元TPU算力租赁承诺的三分之一。Anthropic预计2027年将成为博通芯片设计业务的最大客户，双方形成“芯片供应+基础设施租赁+融资”的深度合作关系。招股书同时披露，博通兼具供应商和融资方身份，可能产生利益冲突。
