9月30日，友芝友生物-B(02496.HK)董事会宣布，联交所于2026年9月18日确认现任联席公司秘书郑建华先生符合上市规则第3.28条及第8.17条规定，可于2026年9月24日豁免届满后担任公司秘书。赖天恩女士将辞任联席公司秘书，自2026年9月30日起生效，郑建华将继续担任唯一公司秘书。赖女士确认与董事会并无意见分歧。同日，赖女士辞任本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知书的授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)，麦善琪女士获委任为法律程序文件代理人，均自2026年9月30日起生效。
