【法兴证券：发行恒生科技指数挂钩熊证 拟10月5日上市】 SG Issuer公告称，拟发行2.5亿份欧式现金结算R类恒生科技指数熊证，证券代号64651，每份发行价0.024港元，每买卖单位为1万份，行使水平4480.00，赎回水平4400.00，推出日为2026年9月29日，预计2026年10月5日于联交所上市，期满日为2028年12月28日。本次发行由法国兴业银行提供无条件不可撤销担保，法国兴业证券（香港）有限公司担任流通量提供者。
