【国电控股：9月30日回购21万股并注销45.8万股】 国电控股公告称，2026年9月30日，公司于香港联交所回购普通股21万股，每股回购价0.36港元，付出总金额7.56万港元，所购股份拟注销。同日，公司注销2026年7月回购的45.8万股股份。截至2026年9月30日，公司已发行股份总数为9.12亿股。公司回购授权于2026年8月27日获批，可回购股份上限为9126.35万股，截至目前累计回购275.6万股，占授权获批日已发行股份的0.302%。
