【中文在线：拟定增募资不超28.33亿元用于数字版权及AI项目】财联社9月30日电，中文在线(300364.SZ)公告称，公司拟向不超过35名特定投资者发行A股股票，募集资金总额不超过28.33亿元，扣除发行费用后用于数字版权内容资源升级建设项目、IP衍生内容开发项目、AI大模型技术研发与升级项目、AIGC多模态内容平台技术升级建设项目、智能中台化技术升级建设项目及补充流动资金。
