【利记控股：委任叶锦强为独立非执行董事 黄锦辉退任】 利记控股公告称，委任叶锦强为公司独立非执行董事及审核委员会、提名委员会成员，自2026年10月1日起生效，任期两年，每月董事袍金20000港元。叶锦强拥有电力行业会计及财务管理逾40年经验，曾任中华电力财务监理高级总监。独立非执行董事黄锦辉任期于2026年10月3日届满，因个人事务不获续任，自2026年10月4日起不再担任公司独立非执行董事、审核委员会及提名委员会成员职务。
