格隆汇9月30日丨科信技术(300565.SZ)公布，为提升公司资产整体运营效率，增加子公司收入，公司全资子公司科信网络拟将其产业园厂房一出租给湘鑫物业使用，并与其签订租赁合同。租金总额约9,049万元，出租期限10年（含免租期）。
