9月30日，科威尔（688551.SH）公告称，原核心技术人员张建一因个人原因近日辞去公司职务，离职后不再担任公司任何职务，其负责的工作已完成交接，离职不会对公司研发能力、持续经营能力和核心竞争力产生重大不利影响。张建一与公司签有保密及竞业限制协议，不存在职务发明专利权属纠纷。公司新增认定钟钢炜、任建华、缪靖宇为核心技术人员，变动后公司核心技术人员共计8人。
