有投资者在很多朋友向德赛电池（000049.SZ）提问，近期不少自媒体传播湖南储能二期设备进场、年底投产。请问二期项目目前有没有实质性开工的时间表？启动二期主要参考哪些指标？中长期20GWh储能产能规划是否有调整？
9月30日，公司回答表示，湖南储能电芯二期尚未开始建设。
