企查查APP显示，近日，北京面壁智能科技股份有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由254.752万元增至3.6亿元。企查查信息显示，该公司成立于2022年，经营范围包含：人工智能基础软件开发；人工智能应用软件开发；人工智能理论与算法软件开发等。值得一提的是，此前9月，面壁智能已完成两次增资。
