解：把左右两侧两个S△设为a，左下S△设为b，根据蝴蝶原理得：
a²＝3×（b＋8）。连接AF
S△AFE＝S△CFE＝b（同底等高）
∴3：a＝b：8，ab＝24
∴a²＝3×24／a＋24
a³－24a＝72，a（a²－24）＝72
＝6×12＝6（36－24）＝6（6²－24）
∴a＝6，b＝4
∴S梯＝3＋6×2＋4＋8＝27
