格隆汇9月29日丨宏润建设(002062.SZ)公布，根据公司于2024年2月24日披露的《回购股份报告书》（公告编号：2024-006）之用途约定，同意公司在本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的六个月内（即2026年10月29日至2027年4月28日）以集中竞价方式出售已回购股份不超过1246.7万股（含），约占公司当前总股本的1.01%。本次计划与《回购股份报告书》披露的回购方案不存在差异。
