9月29日，中科环保（301175.SZ）公告，公司以参股形式与其他股东方在香港设立洁能投资（香港）有限公司，作为要约人向浙能锦江发起要约实施私有化项目，投资金额不超过7亿元，资金来源为自有资金。目前公司持有洁能投资12.50%股份；本次交易已取得浙江省国资委批准，尚需浙能锦江股东大会通过及境内外主管部门备案或审批。
