9月29日，*ST康佳A（000016.SZ）公告称，公司以股东会决议方式主动终止股票上市事项已获2026年第二次临时股东会审议通过，公司股票自2026年9月4日开市起连续停牌，目前已完成现金选择权权利派发，进入行权申报、清算交收阶段，不再交易。现金选择权申报期为2026年9月30日至10月13日的交易日交易时段，A股行权价2.48元/股，B股行权价0.73港币/股，未申报行权的现金选择权将被注销。
