9月29日，节能风电（601016）发布公告，公司总会计师郑彩霞因工作调整申请辞职，辞职后不在公司及子公司担任任何职务。
同时，公司聘任邓先柏为总会计师，聘任朱浩为副总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会任期届满止。
2026年中期，节能风电实现收入21.88亿元，归母净利润3.64亿元。
