9月29日，三星发布声明称，包括三星电子在内的六家三星集团旗下公司同意合计向Helix Digital Infrastructure投资10亿美元。该公司是由全球投资公司KKR设立的AI基础设施公司。
根据协议，三星电子、三星物产、三星SDS、三星SDI、三星生命保险和三星火灾海上保险将参与该投资。除三星外，KKR、科威特投资局（KIA）、英伟达以及美国电力公司Vistra也是Helix的创始投资者。
