【基因编辑技术培育出油酸含量超90%大豆】财联社9月29日电，韩国世宗大学科学家借助CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑技术，培育出一种高品质大豆，其油酸含量高达90.2%，且氧化稳定性更好，饱和脂肪更少，有望成为更健康、更稳定的食用油来源。相关论文发表于最新一期《植物生物技术杂志》。
