人民财讯9月28日电，蓝丰生化(002513)9月28日公告，公司拟向特定对象发行股票募集资金总额不超过3亿元，公司在扣除发行费用后将全部用于偿还金融机构借款。公司控股股东、实际控制人为郑旭，本次向特定对象发行股票的认购对象为旭合资本、安徽兮茗，旭合资本为安徽兮茗的控股股东，郑旭为实际控制人。另外，公司决定终止2023年度向特定对象发行A股股票事项。
