9月28日，蓝丰生化（002513.SZ）公告，公司拟向旭合资本、安徽兮茗发行股票，募集资金总额不超过3亿元，扣除发行费用后全部用于偿还金融机构借款。发行对象以现金全额认购，限售期为36个月。本次发行构成关联交易，尚需经股东会审议、深交所审核及中国证监会同意注册。
