9月28日，三峡新材（600293.SH）公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金方式，向戴晓兵、溢利投资、恒纬投资、薛瑶和吕海霞等交易对方收购珠海市赛纬电子材料股份有限公司不低于53.14%股份。因筹划本次交易，公司股票自2026年9月29日开市起停牌，预计停牌时间不超过10个交易日。
