格隆汇9月28日丨煜荣集团(01536.HK)宣布，陈颖婷已辞任下列职务︰(i)公司公司秘书；(ii)根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条所规定的公司授权代表；及(iii)根据香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部所规定代表公司在香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表，自2026年9月28日起生效。周永恒已获委任为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2026年9月28日起生效。
