9月28日，华力创通（300045.SZ）公告，公司拟与全资子公司怡嘉行、智飞科技、三州圆共同投资设立四川空驭智航科技有限公司，注册资本3亿元。公司拟以知识产权出资1.5亿元，持股50.00%；怡嘉行出资7000万元，持股23.33%；智飞科技出资7500万元，持股25.00%；三州圆出资500万元，持股1.67%。相关议案已获董事会审议通过，无需提交股东会审议。
