【渤海租赁：控股子公司的下属子公司拟出售33架飞机租赁资产 市场价格约16.09亿美元】财联社9月28日电，渤海租赁(000415.SZ)公告称，公司控股子公司Avolon下属子公司拟向LAC Ireland1出售33架附带租约的飞机租赁资产，市场价格约16.09亿美元(折合人民币约109.24亿元)。本次交易有利于优化公司飞机资产结构，保持租赁机队年轻化，预计将于2027年3月31日前完成交割。
