9月28日，四方股份（601126）发布公告，公司计划通过集中竞价方式回购股份，回购金额不低于1亿元，且不超过1.5亿元，回购价格上限为50元/股，预计回购200万股至300万股，占公司总股本的0.24%至0.36%。
公告提到，回购期限自公司董事会审议通过本次回购股份方案之日起不超过12个月，回购股份用于未来实施员工持股计划或者股权激励计划。
2026年中期，四方股份实现收入44.82亿元，归母净利润5.14亿元。
