9月28日，易思维（688816）发布公告，公司选举产生了公司第二届董事会。董事会成员包括郭寅（董事长）、郭磊、尹仕斌为非独立董事，阮殿波、周红锵、徐静为独立董事，庄洵为职工代表董事，任期为三年。
同时，公司聘任了郭寅为总经理，郭磊和肖亮为副总经理，崔鹏飞为财务负责人及董事会秘书。王婷婷被聘任为证券事务代表，任期同样为三年。
2026年中期，易思维实现收入1.09亿元，归母净利润-3710万元。
