记者从河南省科技馆了解到，为进一步优化参观体验，提升线上服务稳定性，该馆今天(9月28日)18:00-21:00将开展票务系统优化升级工作。期间，线上预约、购票、退票等线上业务同步暂停办理。本次升级完成后，系统将恢复正常服务。
