瑞士9月27日举行全民公投，以绝对多数否决一项旨在将更严格中立原则写入宪法的动议。瑞士外长卡西斯称，瑞士的中立从来都不是僵化的，而是不断适应国际现实和国家需要的。
公投结果显示，超过70%的选民以及全部26个州反对动议。而根据瑞士联邦规定，中立动议必须获得多数选民和多数州支持才能获得通过。（新华社）
