9月28日消息，据报道，消息人士称，随着苹果、英伟达、AMD、高通和联发科等主要客户将订单量增加了10%至20%，台积电正在加速扩大其2nm产能。
报道称，台积电2nm芯片的月产能到年底可能达到12万片，高于此前市场预估的9万至10万片。产能扩张速度的加快将使原定于2027年达到的产能水平提前实现。
