【知乎：9月25日于纽交所回购15万股A类普通股】 知乎公告称，2026年9月25日公司于纽约证券交易所回购150,000股A类普通股，对应50,000股美国存托股份（每股ADS代表三股A类普通股），每股回购价区间为1.27-1.2867美元，合计付出19.24万美元，所购股份拟注销。本次回购占事件前已发行股份（不含库存股）的0.058%，回购后新股发行等事项暂止期截至2026年10月25日。
