近日，有玩家反馈，搭载了豆包手机助手的努比亚NaviX Ultra上，登录王者荣耀或进行匹配对战时，会出现提示设备环境异常、被强制踢下线的情况。
豆包手机助手在官方社区对此事进行回应表示，“经过确认，豆包手机助手全程未对腾讯游戏系统进行任何操作，AI也不存在任何违规点击、外挂或模拟行为。目前团队仍在持续与腾讯相关方接洽沟通，但截至目前暂未收到对方的明确回复。对此我们深表歉意。”
豆包手机助手还建议称，用户暂时不要在努比亚NaviX Ultra上反复尝试登录王者荣耀。“如果您的账号已经出现被封禁等情况，建议同步通过官方游戏客服渠道进行申诉/投诉，以便更快恢复账号。如有最新进展，我们会及时同步大家。”
公开信息显示，努比亚NaviX Ultra为中兴通讯旗下努比亚品牌与字节跳动联合研发的全球首款AI智能体手机，搭载豆包手机助手，定位量产旗舰，用于借助端侧大模型跨应用自主操作。
