CDPR确认《巫师3：狂猎》重制版免费更新即将面向现有版本推出。Steam、PS5和Xbox Series X/S平台的下载量均约为45GB。
CDPR全球社区与社交媒体总监Marcin Momot于9月25日公布了各平台的预计下载量。其中，Steam版的实际下载量可能因已安装的语言包而有所变化；Nintendo Switch 2版约为50GB。
这次更新包含多项旨在让游戏更符合当前标准的改进，也将为计划于明年推出的《往昔之歌》做准备。
