9月24日，海天味业（603288.SH）公告称，2026年9月24日，公司在上交所回购A股20万股，回购价区间为33.91元-34.09元/股，成交总额679.76万元，该部分股份拟持作库存股，用于注销减资及/或员工持股计划或股权激励；在港交所回购H股10万股，回购价区间为27.12港元-27.56港元/股，成交总额274.41万港元，该部分股份拟注销。公司H股回购授权于2026年7月14日审议通过，授权回购上限为2912.24万股，截至2026年9月24日累计回购H股727.16万股，占授权通过日已发行H股的2.50%，本次回购后新股发行及库存股处置的暂止期截至2026年10月24日。
