9月24日，*ST三房（600370）发布公告，李梦因个人原因申请辞去证券事务代表职务，之后不在公司继续任职。
同时，董事会秘书孙志明已取得上海证券交易所董事会秘书任职培训证明，并正式履行董事会秘书职责，公司董事长不再代行董事会秘书职责。
2026年中期，*ST三房实现收入96.69亿元，归母净利润493万元。
