9月24日，上海临港（600848.SH）公告，公司此前披露通过上海漕河泾开发区高科技园发展有限公司以增资扩股方式引入国寿投资。近日，公司与国寿投资、高科技园公司签署《减资协议》，同意国寿投资以减资方式退出，原合作事项终止；高科技园公司注册资本由41.68亿元减少至31.92亿元，减少9.75亿元，减资基准日为2026年6月30日。
