9月24日，据中国贸易救济信息网消息，2026年9月23日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定动态随机存取存储器（DRAM）设备及其下游产品和组件（III）启动337调查。2026年8月11日，美国Netlist, Inc. of Irvine, California向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号10,025,731、10,217,523、12,373,366、12,675,407），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。美国Micron Technology, Boise, Idaho、美国Micron Semiconductor Products, Inc., Boise, Idaho、美国Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co., Spring, Texas、中国香港特别行政区Lenovo Group Ltd., Hong Kong、美国Lenovo (United States) Inc., Morrisville, North Carolina、美国Super Micro Computer, Inc., San Jose, California为列名被告。
