9月24日，财闻据路透社报道，法国工业集团施耐德电气已达成收购协议，将以每股70欧元的价格收购智能设备制造商Shelly Group。此次收购要约需达到95%的股本接受门槛。该交易对总部位于索非亚的Shelly的估值约为12.7亿欧元（14.5亿美元），此估值不包含债务。此前有媒体报道称双方即将达成交易。
