据《消息报》援引两名知情人士报道，欧尚（Auchan）在今年夏天同意将其在俄罗斯的子公司（负责运营该零售商在当地的连锁门店）出售给投资公司 Kama Capital。这两名知情人士之一表示，双方已在9月初向政府委员会提交了审批文件，但未获批准；在欧尚的俄罗斯业务被置于临时管理之下后，这笔交易最终彻底告吹。该交易的具体价值未予披露；Kama Capital 和欧尚均拒绝发表评论。
