人民财讯9月24日电，9月24日，文化和旅游部新闻发言人、办公厅主任陈彬斌在国新办新闻发布会上表示，从今年起，将落实戏剧振兴三年行动计划，将突出剧本先行，主要是兼顾原创精品的孵化和传统经典活化，支持稀有剧种等创作演出，建立中小型剧目专项扶持机制。
