德合集团控股公告称，Grand Junction Intelligence Co., Limited及其一致行动人士STFV已完成收购公司75%股份，其中要约人持股55%，STFV持股20%。根据收购守则，要约人提出强制性无条件现金要约，以每股0.375港元收购余下25%股份，涉及最高代价7500万港元。要约截止日期为2026年10月15日下午四时正。公司独立董事委员会建议独立股东接纳要约。
