美国学者福兰课初次来华就深深喜爱中国，2019年扎根重庆任教。他深耕跨学科科创教育，自费下乡公益授课，深受学生喜爱。山火时主动奔赴一线支援救援，被山城百姓称作“重庆兄弟”。他由衷认可中国发展，早已把这里当成第二故乡。
