9月23日，星源卓镁（301398）发布公告，股东宁波梅山保税港区睿之越投资合伙企业（有限合伙）计划自本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内，以大宗交易、集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份不超过168万股，不超过公司总股本的1.50%。
2026年中期，星源卓镁实现收入2.49亿元，归母净利润-6971万元。
