格隆汇9月23日丨杭氧股份(002430.SZ)公布，董事会同意公司投资设立全资子公司——青海杭氧生命科技有限公司（暂定名，最终以当地登记机构核准或备案为准），注册资本500万元。由全资子公司建设并运营一套37Nm3/h空分装置配套自动充装线项目，生产便携式医用供氧器产品，项目总投资500万元。
