华统股份公告，公司于2026年9月23日获悉，公司副总经理朱文文于2026年9月22日被台州市公安局椒江分局采取强制措施，目前案件尚在侦办过程中。截至目前，公司未收到公安机关向公司发送的任何通知、协查、调查文书。朱文文被采取强制措施一事，未对公司日常经营造成重大不利影响。
