9月23日，天山股份（000877.SZ）公告称，公司董事会审议通过拟向中国银行间市场交易商协会申请注册总规模不超过100亿元（含）的中期票据，注册成功后视市场利率及资金需求择机发行，该事项尚需提交公司股东会审议。同时董事会审议通过于2026年10月21日召开2026年第六次临时股东会，审议上述中期票据相关议案。
