9月23日，紫金龙净（600388.SH）公告，公司全资子公司紫金龙净清洁能源拟投资建设圭亚那奥罗拉金矿地采厂光储项目，规模为45MWp光伏+50MW/100MWh储能，总投资金额约为5524万美元，拟由公司自筹。公司2026年9月23日审议通过议案，项目计划于2027年第四季度完成建设，境外投资（ODI）备案及其他相关审批程序正在有序推进中。
