9月23日，神农集团（605296.SH）公告，公司控股股东、实际控制人何祖训涉及的离婚纠纷案已由昆明市官渡区人民法院立案，案件已受理、尚未开庭审理；原告要求解除婚姻关系并进行财产分割。何祖训直接持有公司股份2.61亿股，占公司总股本的49.60%。双方已协商约定将在法院主持下先行调解。
