安徽三名男子参加校招，结果进入涉诈公司被判刑，现代快报去年2月对此事进行了报道。9月22日，现代快报记者获悉，目前上述三人已向当地法院递交了诉讼材料，拟起诉他们的母校徽商职业学院索赔。
