格隆汇9月22日｜美国外卖巨头DoorDash宣布同意支付1.315亿美元，以解决纽约市对其是否遵守外卖配送员最低薪资规定的调查。其中，逾8300万美元用于解决双方在计算配送员“待单时间”（即在两次配送之间保持在线状态的时间）薪酬方面的分歧。根据纽约市相关规定，该段时间须纳入薪酬计算范围。此外，DoorDash将支付1230万美元，用于补偿因账户银行信息无效而导致薪酬短付或延迟发放的配送员。DoorDash还将向负责执行薪资规定的纽约市消费者与劳工保护局缴纳1670万美元罚款。
