9月22日，*ST明德（002932）发布公告，根据相关税收法律法规规定，公司需缴纳税款及滞纳金3746万元。截至本公告披露日，上述税款及滞纳金已全部缴纳完毕，本次税款缴纳事项不涉及行政处罚。
公司缴纳的税款将计入2026年度当期损益，具体对2026年度归母净利润的影响将以公司2026年度经审计的财务报表为准。
2026年中期，*ST明德实现收入1.41亿元，归母净利润-2187万元。
