南方传媒（601900）发布公告，蒋鸣涛因达到法定退休年龄，已于9月22日辞去公司董事及副总经理职务，不再担任公司任何职务。
同时，公司聘任田华为副总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会届满。
2026年中期，南方传媒实现收入37.89亿元，归母净利润4.75亿元。
